CVS/caremarkTM Mail Service Pharmacy

Members have a choice to sign up for automated mail order delivery. New Medicare regulations require all Part D plans to obtain patient consent before each delivery of new or refilled prescription.The typical number of days after the mail order pharmacy receives an order to receive your shipment is up to 10 days. Enrollees have the option to sign up for automated mail order delivery. Potential for Contract Termination

In the unlikely event SilverScript Insurance Company leaves the Medicare program, or no longer offers prescription drug coverage in the service area where you live, you will be notified in writing.

If this happens, your membership in SilverScript will end, and you will need to enroll in another Medicare Prescription Drug Plan to continue your prescription drug coverage. All benefits and rules under your SilverScript plan will continue until the last day of your SilverScript membership. You will also continue to receive your prescription drugs in the usual way from SilverScript network pharmacies.

If SilverScript Insurance Company leaves the Medicare program or your service area, you would need to select and enroll in another Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. Your choices will include joining another Medicare Prescription Drug Plan or a Medicare Advantage Plan with prescription drug coverage (MA-PD) if these plans are available in your area and are accepting new members. As soon as SilverScript Insurance Company has notified you in writing that it is leaving the Medicare program or is no longer servicing the area where you live, you may begin to enroll in another plan.

SilverScript is a Prescription Drug Plan with a Medicare contract offered by SilverScript Insurance Company. Enrollment in SilverScript depends on contract renewal.

However, SilverScript Insurance Company or CMS can decide to end the contract at any time. You will be notified in writing up to 90-days in advance if the contract is discontinued. However, your advance notice may be as little as 30 days or fewer if CMS discontinues the contract during a plan year.
